Perth Relay Triathlon

In the middle of two weeks of appalling weather when we thought summer had ended it all came good on Sunday for the 2nd Perth relay event.
We had 2 teams entered this year with Sally, Roy, Emma and Kev looking to improve on 3rd place from last year in the mixed relay and Kate, Iain, Adrienne and Colin caling themselves Edinburgh#3 A team making clear their intentions!
Effectively what happened next is everyone absolutrly buried themselves and once again wondered how such a short distance can hurt so much.
The B team came through though to improve on last year and move into 2nd place in the mixed event though with a time 5 minutes quicker. With our previous years time we wouldn’t have made the podium.
A great event event again and enjoyed by all who took part.
