Monikie Scottish Championship

Monikie triathlon club had put on a weekend of racing with a youth drafting race on the Saturday and the Scottish mixed relay championships. This was followed with the individual Scottish Championship and ETU Age group qualifier race on Sunday.
Plenty of the club had turned up to take part either to race for fun, chase Age group places or just to win cash (no names given AR)!
It was a warm day and was announced as a wetsuit optional swim much to the amusement of everybody apart from Rosie and Sophie who decided to go without one.
With the rolling bike course and warm weather it was a hard race with lots of people suffering on the run.
Lots of the club made podiums though with the young ones leading the way
