Stirling Aquathon 2014

At probably the last event on the race calendar in 2014, a good turnout by the club saw youths, juniors and adults competing in Stirling tri clubs well organised annual Aquathlon (swim and run) at the university campus. 

E#3 also fielded 2 youth relay teams in a trial event that saw each of 4 team members swimming 50m and running 600m before handing over to the next athlete. A great format and enjoyed by all who participated.

Club athletes on the podium in the individual events were:
Forbes Jackson, 3rd in 13-14 boys,
Calum Mackay, 3rd in 15-16 boys,
Andrew Hepburn, 3rd male junior (17-19),
Colin turner, 3rd male vet,
Adrienne turner, 3rd female supervet.

Not sure where Andrew was for this photo but he and many of the others made it for the next one..( well done also to Euan, Andrew and Gregor Rolland, Ailsa and Lousie Macarthur, Evan and Murray Cocker and Sophie Nisbet who didn’t make the photo shoot!)
