Stirling Duathlon

With the clocks going forwards it was an early start on Sunday to get to Stirling for the Stirling Tri Club Duathlon. Â The club had a good representation in the junior events with Ailsa and Lauren taking fourth in their age groups.
Andrew Rolland made it onto the podium to take second place. Â He had decided to wear clip in shoes as practice for the British next week and will happily admit himself made a mess of it when in first place after the bike! Â On such a short course Robert, who went on to win, was off on his run and wasn’t going to be caught.
Will Smith took part in the sprint event and ran well though found the hill at Stirling hard to do 4 times. Â 6 times round the hill for Dave was a race too far after his previous weeks efforts.
